How to Attach an Email in Gmail
Attach an email in Gmail means referring the past email in the new emails as an attachment. It reduce the duplicity of the mail. This feature will be easier to you and it can be done with some steps.
To attach an email in Gmail, you will need to login first. To login, you can follow this steps:
- You need to open your browser. There you can to open Google or any other search engine that you ae familiar with. To open Google, you can click on this link https://www.Google.com to open the Google search engine page.
- In Google, you need to search for Gmail. You will get various results. The genuine result is always in the first line. Or you can click on this link https://accounts.Google.com/ServiceLoginto open the Gmail login web page.
- There you will need to type your email address and continue forward by clicking on next. And in next step, you will get another blank to enter your password then again you need to enter or click on next.
Now you can follow the following steps to attach an email in Gmail:
- After you open your account, you need to open the email that you want to turn in to an attachment. And at the right side of the mail, you will see a down arrow that is more option. From the drop down option, you need to click on the “Print” option.
- Then you will open to a next page which will be the Print screen. In that page at left side, you will see a button change in the “Destination” section. After that a screen will pop up. There you need to choose the “Save to Google Drive” form the Google Cloud Print section.
- After that, you need to click on the “Save” button on the print screen at top left side. After that, you need to go back to the Gmail screen and start to compose a mail.
- In the compose tab, you will see some icons on the lower area. There you need to choose the “Insert files using Drive”. After that, a screen will pop out. From there, you need to go for the “My Drive” tab.
- There you need find your old email in Drive (it should be at the top of the list) and select it. After selection, you need to click on the insert button at bottom of the screen.
After that, your old email is attached with your new email. Then you need to complete the “compose” with all requirements and then you just need to send. The attachment will be sent.
